The first thing you need to know about the Domino’s gluten free crust:  If no one told you it was gluten free, you wouldn’t be able to tell.

It has a thin-crust sort of style to it.  It doesn’t taste bland or have a weird texture.

Maybe a seasoned gluten-free warrior would be able to tell, but you’re average Joe would have no idea this was a gluten-free.

I’ve had it twice so far.  It’s enjoyable.  

It might not be my favorite crispy, cracker, thin-crust that I might normally order — but it’s good.  Surprisingly good for a health-conscious option.
