Your choice of thick or thin batters
The question took me off guard, but the choice was nice to have. I went with the thick batter for my first time around. Very crunchy.
The thin batter is a dry rub. I’ll try that next time.
Cole slaw was sweet more than tangy. I like it that way.
Tartar sauce was a bit too thick for me. Made it hard to dipping.
The fries travelled really well. I live on the other side of the city. They were still warm, firm, and tasty by the time I got home and started on them.
Weight: About 6oz for the fries and 6oz for the fish.
